Hempel Paints (Kuwait) is a Kuwaiti-Danish joint venture between Al-Rashed Group, United Industries and Hempel Marine Paints of Denmark.

As a market leader in Kuwait’s paint industry, Hempel Paints (Kuwait) was established in 1966 and is the first paint producing company in the State of Kuwait to be ISO 9001 certified. The paint factory was the first to be established in the Gulf Region 34 years ago and is exporting top quality paint products to Jordan, Lebanon and Syria.

Building on the success of the joint venture in Kuwait, Hempel’s quality products and services have rapidly expanded into Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. The Al-Rashed Group is a major shareholder in all Hempel Paints companies in the Gulf Region.
